Projects and Sponsorship Office
The Projects and Sponsorship Office fits into the Gustave Roussy’s goal to optimize its clinical research performance and to develop its ability to manage large national and international academic trials with high added value and to strengthen Gustave Roussy position as an expert and center of excellence to conduct pharma companies innovative trials.
The Office missions are to ensure Gustave Roussy sponsorship clinical research activities (protocol writing, regulatory submissions, project coordination, management and monitoring), to centralize the trial proposals for Gustave Roussy as an investigator site into a “single point of contact” for a rapid study set-up and to manage all clinical trials contracts, budgets and invoices.
The Office includes 3 teams :
- The Sponsorship team includes a team manager, a CRAs manager, clinical project managers, CRA coordinators, CRAs, regulatory officers and a regulatory assistant
- The Projects team includes “single point of contact” project managers, “pharma companies’ partnership” project managers and a clinical trials assistant
- The Finance team includes contracts and invoicing managers, contract administrators and invoicing administrators
