Gustave Roussy: 1st hospital to join Cancer@Work
As Europe's leading cancer centre, Gustave Roussy is now the first hospital to have joined the Cancer@Work corporate club, a public-interest association set up in 2012, dedicated to the subject of cancer and illness in the workplace.
Gustave Roussy is committed to setting up initiatives to help employees affected by cancer to integrate, stay in work and improve their quality of life at work.
A training seminar for managers
To better understand the challenges of cancer in the workplace and to improve support for employees faced with cancer, Gustave Roussy is offering companies' senior management teams (CODIR, COMEX) a half-day training seminar given by experts from the institute.
Over the course of half a day, a medical oncologist from Gustave Roussy, a training coach, Gustave Roussy's Director of Brand & Philanthropy and actors will use a hybrid format (face-to-face presentation / videos by Gustave Roussy experts / role-playing) to tackle the various issues relating to the impact of cancer on companies and share their progress in research into this disease that affects us all.
